Expanding into Brand Photography: A Creative Journey with Stephen and The Social Circle.
As a photographer, it’s always exciting to explore new creative opportunities and push the boundaries of what my lens can capture. Recently, I had the pleasure of branching out into brand photography, working alongside Stephen, the visionary behind The Social Circle—a unique, members-only social group dedicated to enriching the social lives of people in their 40s and 50s. This project has not only been an artistic adventure but also a deeply rewarding experience that’s allowed me to capture the vibrant essence of my hometown by exploring the lively, local venues that have become the heart of their social gatherings.
The Social Circle: Building Connections and Friendships
The Social Circle is more than just a social group—it’s a community of like-minded individuals seeking to form meaningful connections in a welcoming, inclusive environment. From quiz nights to cinema outings, dinners, and comedy shows, The Social Circle provides opportunities for people to enjoy fun, enriching activities together. The idea behind the brand photography was to capture the venues that have become such an integral part of Stephen's vision.

We took a deep dive into the local venues of Altrincham that The Social Circle frequently visit. Altrincham is a vibrant town that has a thriving social scene, and it’s clear why Stephen has chosen so many of its venues as his go-to place for hosting his various events.
